Production Foreman

Mr. Williams brings to the fabrication and assembly of the Nova Ray® ROV a broad range of skills and experiences. He is responsible for the development of Nova Ray® ROV proprietary molded parts, fabrication, electronics assembly, and general production. His background includes construction, electronics, and CAD system operation. His experience in the boating and commercial fishing industries provides additional depth in understanding subsea customer needs and in the integration of customer add-on technology. He works closely with the Quality Assurance department to ensure product quality and on time delivery to the customer. As an ROV pilot and trainer, he draws from skills acquired in his previous marine career.
