Meet the Team

The 2007 NOAA maritime heritage team included principal investigator Dr. Hans Van Tilburg, maritime heritage coordinator for the Pacific Islands Region of the National Marine Sanctuary Program; Dr. Kelly Gleason, maritime archaeologist for the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument; Tane Casserley, maritime archaeologist for NOAA's Maritime Heritage Program; and Sean Corson, Deputy Superintendant of the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument.
