The Great barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda) has a long, torpedo shaped body. Gray to green back with silvery sides and white belly. Irregular dark blotches on lower side. Attracted to bright or shiny objects. Actual attacks are rare. (photo: Dr. Matt Gilligan/ Savannah State Univ.)
